NANOGUN-MV MANUAL ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY GUN

Manufacturer: SAMES

The NANOGUN-MV® Manual electrostatic low pressure spray gun has specially been designed for spraying liquid paints in low pressure way in many markets such as aerospace, agricultural & construction, metallic furnitures, and automotive industries. NANOGUN-MV® differentiates itself by its low weight and ergonomic, improving the operator’s comfort.
  • Lightweight electrostatic gun
  • High voltage and current for more paint savings
  • Outstanding finish quality
How it works:
Paint may be supplied to it via a pump, a pressure tank or a circulating. When spraying, the charged paint drops follow the lines of the electric field to the part. Electrostatics results in paint savings and wrap around, reduced overspray and pollution. Adding compressed air to it allows enhanced penetration into cavities.

Performance
  • Great perfomance with high-end production
  • Super Vortex round spray technology provides even higher transfer rates with excellent finish quality
Productivity
  • Enhanced ergonomics for Increased operator comfort.
  • GNM 6080 control module is user firendly, and easy to maintain
  • Features advanced corrective and preventive maintenance reminders
  • Significant paint and air savings
  • Suitable for high and low paint flow rates
Sustainability
  • Quality of selected components ensures reliability
