Description
DR-63 Cleaner-Remover is used in the penetrant process to remove excess penetrant from part surfaces. It is a manual wipe on and wipe off material and is recommended for small areas. DR-63 may also be used for generally cleaning oily, dirty surfaces. DR-63 is especially suitable for cleaning prior to the application of inspection penetrants.
DR-63 meets low halogen and low sulfur requirements, it is a nonchlorinated material, is soluble in water ad evaporates completely and rapidly. DR-63 meets AMS 2644 requirements and is listed on QPL-AMS-2644
